Here you can find everything you need for daily life. The center is within walking distance of the property. At the main train station you are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. There is a tram stop outside the door. The space The 50 m² apartment is with individual pieces of local artist and stylish furnishings. You will find a number of extras here that the standards of normal AirBnB homes. The fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, electric stove, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and cutlery has everything you need for cooking. Since we have set it up as if we live here ourselves, you will find real plants, books and attention to detail here. This makes the apartment a lot more homely than most apartments at AirBnB. The spacious living / sleeping area is furnished in a cozy Bohemian flair. There is a comfortable bed for two people. On the smart TV, next to TVNOW, where you can even watch all movies and series that are currently running on TV afterwards, have your own Netflix account where you can relax in a beautiful ambience. The bathroom has a bright design and a bathtub with shower. You can find everything you need: a high quality hair dryer, towels, toothbrushes, shower gel and hair shampoo. The apartment is on the ground floor (raised ground floor) and can be reached via the stairs. Guest access You will have the full apartment for yourself. You can check in and out flexibly with us, and we usually leave the keys with you via key box. Personal key handover is also possible on request and by arrangement. Feel free to contact us for this. If you come by car you can park in the parking lot in the courtyard for a small fee of 3€/day. Since all our parking spaces may be rented out, you should contact us early to check availability. Other things to note The entrance to the apartment is on the courtyard side. Only 10 minutes walking distance from the central station. Gym/Gym: The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the Elbefitness. The gym is well equipped with dumbbell area, treadmills, Bikes and sauna.
