You can walk to the main train station in less than 10 minutes. There is a tram stop outside the door. The space The 50 m² apartment is decorated with unique pieces by local artists and stylish furniture. Here you will find a number of extras that exceed the standards of normal Airbnb homes. The fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, electric stove, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and cutlery has everything you need for cooking. Since we have set it up as if we live here ourselves, you will find real plants, books and attention to detail. This makes the apartment a lot more comfortable than most apartments on Airbnb. The spacious living/sleeping area is decorated in cozy Bohemian flair. There is a comfortable bed for two people. In addition to TVNOW, where you can watch all the movies and series that are currently on TV, you can even watch them later on the smart TV, a separate Netflix account where you can relax in a beautiful ambience. The bathroom has a bright design and a bathtub with shower. You will find everything you need here: a high-quality hairdryer, towels, toothbrushes, shower gel and hair shampoo. The apartment is on the ground floor (raised ground floor) and can be reached via the stairs. Guest access You will have the full apartment for yourself. You can check in and out flexibly with us. We usually leave the keys for you in a key box. A personal key handover is also possible on request and by arrangement. Please contact us for this. If you arrive by car, you can park in the courtyard parking lot for a small fee of €3/day. Since all of our parking spaces may be rented, you should contact us early to check availability. Other things to note The entrance to the apartment is located at the back of the building. Only 10 minutes' walk to the main train station. There is a 24-hour supermarket there. Gym/Fitness Center: The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from Elbefitness. The gym is well equipped with a dumbbell area, treadmills, bicycles and a sauna.
