On two levels and with generously sized rooms, the house can accommodate up to 4 people – ideal for couples, friends or families. On the ground floor you will find an open living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light and offer a pleasant view of the property. The room invites you to spend relaxing evenings: whether cooking together, enjoying convivial meals or quiet evenings watching TV – everyone will find their place here. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts for homemade vacation moments. Gleaming work surfaces, modern appliances and plenty of space ensure that the holiday also becomes a culinary experience. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, flat-screen TV and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has its own bathroom – one with a bathtub, the other with a modern walk-in shower and an integrated infrared cabin that provides regenerating warmth and tranquility. If the summer nights are warm, air conditioners in the rooms ensure pleasant coolness. Another plus is the completely fenced garden (approx. 700 m², 160 cm high fence) – ideal for guests with dogs, so that your four-legged friend can run around without worries.
