The apartment is located in Ičići, 800 meters from the beach. It is fully equipped and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea. In the garden, guests have access to a gas grill, a hot tub, a table tennis table, darts, etc. The apartment is part of a family villa with a large private parking, garden, terrace including seating and outdoor shower, all of which are guests welcome to use. The owners live in the villa with their friendly dog. Guests can enjoy complete privacy, but the hosts are fully available at any time if needed (speaking Croatian, Czech, English, German and Italian). The villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood with family houses, within walking distance of the resort center and all local attractions, but far enough from any possible traffic and noise.
