You'll have your own parking space within the premises. The beautiful plants are meticulously maintained for your enjoyment. Within a 5-minute drive, you'll discover supermarkets, laundry facilities, shopping malls, and all the essentials you may need during your stay. Other things to note Electricity: The apartment has both 110V and 220V voltage. The cost of electricity is not included in the rental fee and is the responsibility of the guest. We have a prepaid system(Pagatinu) you have to recharge your electricity. The initial and final meter readings will be recorded upon your arrival and departure. The cost is $0.50 per kWh, and the estimated consumption is between 5 to 15 kWh per day. To promote environmental sustainability, it is requested that you minimize electricity usage by turning off the air conditioning when you're away from the room.
