Nurture yourself with a soak in the oversized jetted tub with skylights above comfortably located adjacent to the primary bedroom. The sitting area off of the primary bedroom can be used as an extra sleeping area with the twin trundle bed. In the main living area, enjoy the warmth of the wood burning stove in the sunken conversation area. Create sweet memories in the kitchen, while appreciating the lovely view of the ocean and terraced yard. Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (strictly enforced- No street parking) Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center. *Each home is individually owned.
