Welcome to the „Apartment zu Hollenau“ at the Hollenauer Kreuz in Going am Wilden Kaiser! The apartment is located at 1030m above sea level, from where you can enjoy an incomparable all-round view. The renovated (in 2021) apartment can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults & 2-3 children and is the perfect place for REST. FORESIGHT . RECREATION. I look forward to seeing you! Your hostess Sonja The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a living area of 70m², a 34m² balcony with a 180° panoramic view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbüheler Horn. 2 bedrooms (one with small guest washbasin), 1 bathroom with rain shower, WC, hair dryer & towel dryer, living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchenette, coffee machine Tchibo Cafissimo, coffee filter machine, kettle, toaster, wardrobe with ski boot dryer, clothes rack, free WLAN, garage for 1 car & outdoor parking Guest access The apartment is located 5km away from Going or Reith, on the mountain, in a fantastic secluded location. Here you can enjoy your holiday away from the hustle and bustle and relax from everyday stress. It is located right on the family ski slope in Going, in summer hikes lead right from the front door. Other things to note When you want to book the apartment, please note the following: The apartment is located at an altitude of 1030m away from the noise & bustle. It is located directly on the family ski slope in Going (Ski in/Ski Out). The chairlift of Going can be reached either in winter by ski in about 5 minutes (provided there is enough snow and the ski service is open), or in summer on foot in 30 minutes. By car it is about 10min. into the valley (either Going or Reith, each 5 km). The road is cleared daily in case of snowfall; winter tyres are mandatory in winter, and snow chains are always recommended during winter holidays (also in the valley) (four wheel recommended) Large amounts of snow can not always be dealt with immediately by the clearance service! Please inform yourself about the current Corona regulations! No parties, bachelor parties or parties allowed in the apartment. We ask you to be quiet in the time from 10 pm to 8 am (no loud music, etc. ). Smoking is not allowed (except on the balcony). No burning candles in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival for arrival and key collection. Any damage to the apartment (furniture, electrical appliances, etc. ) will be charged. My relatives with children live on the ground floor. Other important information: Bed linen, towels & final cleaning: There is a surcharge of € 80. 00 for this. You will find this in the cost statement as "cleaning costs". Tourist tax: The tourist tax is € 2.60 per person per night for persons over 15 years old. This is not yet included in the price at AirBnB. The amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
