Relax on the porch of this 3/2 house just steps away from Main Street in Brevard. Easily walk a block up the road to Quotations Cafe on Main Street or the Farmers Market on Saturday. The fenced in space includes a large fire pit table and 4 burner gas grill so you can enjoy the mountain air during dinner. After a full day exploring all that the area has to offer recline on the dual reclining couch or power recliner. Have a great night's sleep in one of 2 comfy king beds or the queen bed. The space Sunlight welcomes you into each room of this charming cottage, starting with the large picture window in the living room. Newly furnished with comfort in mind, the living room offers a smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows and movies on Netflix or Discovery Plus. The fireplace is not functioning, but you can enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the large firepit on the back porch. Both the front porch and the back patio are fully fenced so you can safely let your children and pets play while you use the large gas grill. Store your bikes in the locking outside shed. Wake up refreshed after a good night's sleep in the soft bedding provided in each bedroom. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch while listening to the birds, Keurig and drip coffee makers and starter Keurig coffee pods provided. Guest access Three vehicles can comfortably park tandem in the gravel driveway. Per city ordinance no vehicles are allowed to park on the street. Other things to note The fireplace is not useable. Dog- friendly house for your potty trained furry friend, sorry no cats whatsoever, with a $100 pet fee per stay. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Please pick up after your pets, bags provided in the dog basket in the living room and towels in the cabinet above the dog station are available to dry them or their muddy paws if needed. Please bring your own bedding for your pet- linens, blankets, and bath towels are for the two legged guests. Stackable washer and dryer is available in the ensuite bathroom if needed.
