We're away from the bustle of downtown, in a quiet neighborhood above the university. Easy access to hiking trails. 1 and 1/4 mile to Shakespeare and Lithia Park. Guests have access to our large backyard with outdoor seating. There is a parking space in front. We're on site and always available if you need anything. Since we're above the Boulevard we have great views of the mountains. Hiking and biking trails are close by. There is public bus stop at the bottom of our hill.(Palm Avenue) You can check RVTD for schedules. We live on a hill, so it's best to have a car. this rental can only be rented by the month.
