The Domaine de Bel Air is ideal for your vacation between the countryside and the sea, with friends and family, to relax. A large orchard of 5000 m2 for playing and relaxing. You can also book the entire property for 16 people by reserving the adjoining Cordouan Gite, with which the pool is shared. The 2 cottages opened in 2022 and have been completely renovated and equipped. The property is partially fenced, and the shared pool area is 50 m from the cottages on the estate. It is fenced and secure. The space The 120 m2 Boyard gîte is a comfortable furnished cottage, tastefully decorated on the theme of the countryside by the sea. The large entrance also leads to the laundry area and a separate toilet. You will find everything you need. (vacuum cleaner, broom, washer-dryer, ironing board and iron) The 40 m2 living room, very bright, is an open space with a modern kitchen, a dining table for 6 and a cozy TV lounge. Wi-Fi is free and TV channels are accessible via the internet. A DVD player and DVDs are also available. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. Senseo coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also at your disposal. On the ground floor you will discover a beautiful, very bright 17 m2 room with a large bay window giving direct access to the garden via a wooden terrace. The bathroom has a large shower, double sink and toilet. The 2 bedrooms upstairs, with sloping ceilings, are charming and comfortable. The large 25 m2 attic bedroom is equipped with a 140 bed and also a child's bed and a baby bed (fixed). Opposite, the independent mezzanine bedroom above the large bedroom is a space for children with 2 single beds. This room is equipped with games and toys for kids to enjoy, but importantly, it is only separated by a curtain (see the photos), given the size of the opening (old country house). In the bedrooms all bedding are quality, bed linen and towels are provided. Bath towels for pool and beach are optional, on request, at a rate of €10/person. For little ones, a baby bed or high chair are also available for rent, upon prior request, at a rate of €10/stay. cleaning is optional at 120 euros per stay. otherwise a deposit check will be required upon arrival. Check-ins are between 5pm and 10pm and checkouts are before 10am. Except in July and August, if the calendar allows, check-in can be brought forward to 2 PM and check-out can be delayed until 5 PM.
