The Domaine de Bel Air is ideal for your vacation between Countryside and Sea with friends and family to rest. A large 5000 m2 orchard to play and relax. You can also privatize the estate for 16 people by booking the adjoining Cordouan gîte with which the pool is shared. The 2 cottages opened in 2022 and were completely renovated and equipped. The grounds are partially enclosed, the shared pool area is 50 m from the cottages, it is enclosed and secure. The space The 120 m2 Boyard gîte is a comfortable furnished cottage, tastefully decorated on the theme of the countryside by the sea. The large entrance also leads to the laundry area and a separate toilet. You will find everything you need. (vacuum cleaner, broom, washer-dryer, ironing board and iron) The 40 m2 living room, very bright, is an open space with a modern kitchen, a dining table for 6 and a cozy TV lounge. Wi-Fi is free and TV channels are accessible via the internet. A DVD player and DVDs are also available. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave. Senseo coffee machine, toaster and kettle are also available. On the ground floor you will discover a beautiful, very bright 17 m2 bedroom with a large bay window giving direct access to the garden via a wooden terrace. The bathroom has a large shower, double sink and toilet. The 2 upstairs bedrooms, attic, are charming and comfortable. The large 25 m2 attic bedroom is equipped with a 140 bed and also a child's bed and a baby bed (fixed). Opposite, the independent mezzanine bedroom above the large bedroom is a space for children with 2 single beds. This room is equipped with games and toys for the enjoyment of the little ones, but importantly it is only closed by a curtain (see photos), given the size of the opening (old country house). In the bedrooms, all bedding is of quality, bed linen and towels are provided. Bath towels for pool and beach are optional, on request, at a rate of €10/person. For little ones, a baby bed or high chair are also available, upon prior request, for rent at a rate of €10/stay. cleaning is optional at 120 euros per stay. Otherwise a deposit check will be required upon arrival. Check-ins are between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. and checkouts are before 10 a.m. If the calendar allows, check-ins can be anticipated from 11am for €50 and late checkout until 5pm for €50 Other things to note Minimum stay is 2 nights all year round and 7 nights in July and August.
