Enjoy a luxurious holiday experience while staying in our Boutique Hotel concept villa, alone with nature. Kayavillas Exclusive is located at the foothills of historical Kayaköy, within a 4500 square meter of gated garden. It consists of seven villas where you can either enjoy your privacy at your own garden and pool or socialise with our other guests. The space Villa Sunshine is the second of our twobedroom villas, each including its own luxury en-suite facilities. The large, fully-equipped kitchen offers everything a keen chef might need adjoining a comfortable, air conditioned lounge complete with a large digital TV, an integral log fire for the winter months and all beneath an impressive vaulted ceiling with stout timber beams. Outside, a large terrace overlooks the main pool, surrounded by timber decking. Other things to note Combining the luxury of a five-star hotel with the comforts of home, all of our villas have been carefully designed and furnished with your needs in mind. Each is equipped for short or long stays and our staff are trained to provide only the best in customer service. The historic village of Kayaköy is just a few minutes’ walk away, offering a selection of authentic restaurants, cafes and bars. Cobbled paths from the village centre lead to the famous ruined ghost town, although plenty more invite visitors to enjoy nature walks or explore the surrounding forest. Our home is your home.
