This home has everything you and your family need to enjoy your stay on the East side of Montgomery. It is in a cul-de-sac and in a desirable quiet neighborhood. The house is filled with contemporary modern décor and spacious. A minute away from Interstate 85; Shops at Eastchase; ShakeSpear Threater; Wynlake golf course and club; Baptist East; restaurants; short drive to Downtown and Maxwell Gunter AFB. Whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The space Master bedroom with King-sized bed that ensures the ultimate in comfort and a relaxing night's sleep - Guest's bedrooms with queen-sized beds - Every room has a ceiling fan for summer comfort. - Fenced in back yard and gated. - Security system and alarm for extra peace of mind Guest access guest have access to the entire house except owner closet, the shred and gardening tools! Other things to note We offer Premium Netflix Access, High Speed Wifi and do not offer cable. This is our home for many years before we decided open it to host our guests. Over the years we resided here, my wife has collected unique vegetables and Herbs to grow in the garden for her cooking. She will be at the property every other day to water and tent to the garden. If you find something you can use for your cooking, feel free to gather some. While she is there, everything will be outside of the house and she will not block nor disturb your stay. If you feel this is inconvience to you, do let us know and she will not comes until you're checking out. Please understand, here in the south we have bugs/insect outside like mosquitos, mosquitoes hawks, birds, bees, wasps, spiders, ants. These creatures reside in natures and we did have quarterly pest control inside and outside. However, we do not have control of mother natures and if you are encounter her business during your stay there will be no refund. Any unauthorize Party/Event/gathering more than 8 guests and Pets. will be an additional $300 cleaning fee. Late Check out Fee: Our cleaners arrive shortly after your checking out to sanitize and prepare the home for the next guest. NO glitter or confetti in the house or on the property. Your stay past the 10am check out time, a fee of $25 will be assessed every 15 minutes after check out time. Your safety matters, the property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the corner of the entrance. Camera 2 is located on the side door of the drive way. Camera 3 is located in the back of the patio. All cameras will be on , are motion activated, and record video and sound. In addition, your name is an acknowledgement that you have accept and understand House Rules and any additional information provided upon checking in. Notes: Please give the courtesy to our neighbor, no loud music, drinking in front of the property, and quiet hour is between 10pm to 6am. In addition, the gate remote control hang on kitchen key ring for you to close and open the gate. Please do return it where you take it from. If you by chance take it with you. We will have to charge you $100 to replace it. Thank you!
