Private, Views, Deck, Artsy 2/1 lovely area

Our home is the top floor of a duplex, very spacious with an open floor plan. The home has many windows with beautiful views all around. There is 1000 sq ft. of redwood deck, which includes a large furnished gazebo. It all sits on a 1/2 acre of land, so it feels very private with lots of outdoor space. We are artists/musicians, so our playful and eclectic decor reflects that. The house comes with a tuned grand piano. Please note that there are 30 stairs from the driveway to the main door.
