The space Ideally located a few steps from Lake Annecy, I offer you a 49 m2 1-bedroom apartment rated 4 stars with quality layout, perfectly optimized and carefully decorated with a beautiful view of the private garden. The configuration and functionality of the apartment offer you all the comforts necessary for an ideal stay: A living room with TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a south-facing terrace (garden furniture, dining area and plancha), a 145 m2 garden, a large shower room with double sink and washing machine. For the night, a double bedroom with TV, queen size bed and office area, 2 bunk beds in the entrance of the apartment, and a Rapido sofa bed. Lake Annecy is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, where you can practice all kinds of water sports. Annecy city is a 10-minute drive away. The apartment offers perfect comfort for 4 people. NB: the garden furniture was changed in 2024, the new one is different but just as comfortable ;). The living room armchair has also been replaced. Guest access You will have a parking space within the residence. Shared bike storage is also available. Afterwards you can get to Annecy by car or bike. Sevrier beach is a 15-minute walk from the apartment, otherwise paid parking is available on site if you want to get there by car.
