Villa with pool near Lake Hourtin

Pleasant recent L-shaped and single-storey villa with swimming pool located in Hourtin halfway between the lake and the city center (about 800 m from each). The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Fully equipped for an ideal vacation: large 80 m2 living room with 4K TV, foosball and library. And outside, large private parking, heated pool (from May to September) on a terrace of 80 m2 south/southwest and boules court. The space The house is located 12 km from the ocean and is close to Gironde's main coastal bike path. It has all the comforts you need. Guest access The accommodation will be fully accessible. 4 exceptions that will not be accessible: - garage - master suite dressing room - garden shed - pool equipment room Other things to note We prefer to host families, the house being (very) comfortable for 2 couples with 2 children each
