Peaceful Easy Stay for Your Southern Utah Getaway!

Ski resort are closed during the winter. *** This tranquil three bedroom home in Junction, Utah, on US 89, can sleep 8 people in 5 beds and has one sofa bed in the living room. It has two bathrooms, a full kitchen, heating and cooling systems, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV. An uncovered patio off the back porch, with a long serving table and a BBQ grill are surrounded by a lawn and trees. The space It is 56 miles to Bryce Canyon National park and makes a good home base for exploring Utah’s color country, riding the ATV trails and fishing nearby. From the porch, you enter the one-story home through the teal door into the living room or you can give in to the invitation of a porch chair to sit and feel the country embrace you. Wifi is available as well as an HD TV with local stations and Roku so you can stream videos, TV shows, and movies. If you have an Amazon or Netflix account, you sign in with your account and view movies during your stay. A CD player and DVD player are available to use with the TV. Some CDs and DVDs are also there to use. A sun-room opens off the south side of the living room offers a quiet place for conversation or reading. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots, and pans for cooking your own breakfast, lunch or dinner, along with coffee pot, microwave, toaster, plates, bowls, and cups. The dining table seats 6 and looks out on the patio and tree-lined property. There is only one grocery store in town that has the basics and you would be well advised to bring your own food if you intend to cook something special. There are some food supplies in the cupboards for emergency use. There are no restaurants or fast food outlets in town, although the service station has some snacks and quick meals. From the hall leading out of the living room, you will find three bedrooms with 5 beds, along with two bathrooms, one, with a deep old fashioned tub and shower and one with just a standup shower. Linens, towels, and some toiletries are provided. It can sleep 8 people in 5 beds. There is also a large sofa bed in the living room if needed and a single sofa bed in the small bedroom. There is an uncovered patio off the back porch, with a long table for serving and a BBQ grill. Guest access You can use the kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, and atrium. You can park in the front on the north side. You may use the porch and patio, BBQ grill, and table. Other things to note If you need additional space for a larger group, please ask us. We may know of other available properties. Unfortunately, cell phone service is very spotty in Junction. The home has wifi so you can send text messages via your cell phones, tablets or computers and there is a house phone, but you'll need to use an outside long distance service provider to make long distance calls. You can receive incoming calls with no problem and the number at the house will be provided in the Check-in message we will send you. ATTENTION! If you are planning on visiting the Eagle Mountain ski Resort, you need to know that you cannot access it from the Junction side of the mountain in the winter. It is a dirt road that is not maintained in the winter. To get to Eagle Point you have to go Interstate 15 via Utah state road 20 to the south , or you must go to I-15 via I-70 to the north. You can only get to the resort by going through Beaver Utah.
