Enjoy a luxurious holiday experience while staying in our Boutique Hotel concept Suite, alone with nature. Kayavillas Exclusive is located at the foothills of historical Kayaköy, within a 4500 square meter of gated garden. It consists of seven villas where you can either enjoy your privacy at your own garden and pool or socialise with our other guests. The space Suite Sky is designed as a first-floor double and includes a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area and a large, air-conditioned double bedroom complete with timber ceiling beams and a stand-alone tub. However, there is a separate adjoining bathroom if you prefer while guests can also enjoy unspoiled views over the historic ghost village and surrounding forest from a large sun terrace shrouded by the spectacular, star-filled sky at night and during the day, you can relax in the pool in the common area. The historic village of Kayaköy is just a few minutes’ walk away, offering a selection of authentic restaurants, cafes and bars.
