The garden surrounding the cottage is fully fenced and directly borders a biotope. For kids, there are a few corners in the garden and around the cottage for hiding, playing, romping and making friends. A nearby playground offers many more opportunities for play. Leisure: The charming vacation resort of Pepelow is located directly on the Salzhaff, offers small regional shopping opportunities and is also a wonderful base for exploring the Baltic Sea coast with its Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Rerik, the island of Poel or the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar. In the immediate vicinity is the San Pepelone campsite (700 m) with a kite and surf school, a small shop (open in season) for everyday needs, rolls, the Seaside beach restaurant, a freshly caught fish stand and a varied breakfast offering. The natural beach offers a playground, beach volleyball and volleyball, rental of surfing equipment, boats and bicycles, and fishing. On the ground floor: Spacious hallway for arriving, large living/dining area with cozy sofa corner and fireplace, as well as a Smart Magenta TV. The kitchen has a large dining table for 6 people and extensive equipment with a dishwasher, oven, glass ceramic stovetop, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (Senseo pads) as well as a filter attachment for brewing coffee, an egg boiler, a waffle iron, a mixer and, most recently, also a popcorn machine. From the kitchen you can reach 2 terrace areas and enjoy a magnificent view of the adjacent forest and nature reserve. Bedroom 1 with a French bed (1.40 m x 2 m), wardrobe, TV and access to the outdoor area. Bathroom with walk-in shower and direct access to the outdoor sauna and also an outdoor shower. Upstairs: Upstairs are two more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and a large, rustic built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and another individual built-in wardrobe and a quiet workspace. The wellness bath overlooking unspoiled nature invites you to enjoy moments of well-being in the Jacuzzi and the large shower with a rain shower head. Around the Hygge vacation home: The house has a self-contained outdoor area with an exclusive sauna house and relaxation area in the garden and an outdoor shower (use from the end of April until the end of October). There are terrace areas around the house so that you can always enjoy a suitable spot in the sun or in the shade. Garden furniture, a parasol, an electric barbecue grill and a beach chair invite you to relax together. There is also a separate garden shed for bicycles and outdoor equipment (available from summer 2022). Furthermore, a washing machine and a dryer are available for your use.
