Spread over 108 sqm, there is plenty of space in 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a super cozy living and dining area. The garden surrounding the cottage is completely fenced and directly adjacent to a biotope. For kids, there are some corners in the garden and around the cottage to hide, play, romp and make friends. A nearby playground offers many more play options. Leisure: The lovely holiday resort of Pepelow is located directly on the Salzhaff and offers small regional shopping opportunities and is a wonderful base for exploring the Baltic Sea coast with its Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn and Rerik, the island of Poel or the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar. In the immediate vicinity is the San Pepelone campsite (700 m) with kite and surf school, small shop (open in season) for everyday needs, rolls, beach restaurant Seaside; freshly caught fish snack and a wide range of breakfast options. The natural beach offers a playground, beach and volleyball, rental of surf equipment, boats and bicycles, fishing. Extras for families: Baby cot, highchair and children's stool for the bathroom. On the ground floor: Spacious hallway to arrive, spacious living and dining area with cozy sofa corner and fireplace as well as Smart Magenta TV. The kitchen has a large dining table for 6 people and extensive equipment with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker, waffle iron, mixer and, most recently, a popcorn machine. From the kitchen you can access 2 terrace areas and enjoy a magnificent view of the adjacent forest and nature reserve. Bedroom 1 with French bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, TV and access to the outdoor area. Bathroom with walk-in shower and direct access to the outdoor sauna and also outdoor shower. Upstairs: Upstairs are two more bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a large rustic built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another individual built-in wardrobe and a quiet workplace. The wellness bath with a view of the unspoiled nature invites you to feel good in the hot tub and the large shower with a rain shower. Around the Hygge vacation home: The house has a self-contained outdoor area with an exclusive sauna house and relaxation area in the garden and outdoor shower (use from the end of April to the end of October). There are terrace areas around the house to always enjoy a suitable spot in the sun or in the shade. Garden furniture and a beach chair invite you to relax outdoors together. There is also a separate garden shed for bicycles and outdoor equipment (available from summer 2022). If you look for the meaning of the word Hygge, it is described exactly like this: a feeling of calm, coziness and well-being.
