The house is located 20 meters from the beach in the centre of Rhodes in Psaropoula area! It is spacious, 83 sq.m., airy and ebullient !!! It has air conditions in the 2 double bedrooms !!!The view to the sea is the best wake up, you would have imagined !!! Also there is a big sofa, an extra single bed, good lighting, luxury bathroom and well-equipped kitchen.Everything is very near!!!Restaurants, bars, supermarkets!!The casino, Aquarium and the famous Elli beach are 5' far away by walking! This is ideal choice for a company or family!!!You may walk the centre and go to restaurants and bars easily!!!You 'll take your towel and go to the beach just down to the apartment!!! The apartment is located on the last ,third, floor!!!The elevator will make your time here become easier!!!It's suitable for a family, a company or 2 couples!!!You have your own bathroom, well equipped kitchen, suitable for cooking!!!You could relax, drinking your coffee in the balconies with this amazing view!!!! The neighbours are very friendly!!!The most of them are the owners!!!You could combine this quiet home, relaxing with the lovely sunset!!!If you would like to walk across the beach road you 'll find a lot of people admire the best sunset view in the island!!!After you could enjoy your dinner in the apartment or to greek tavernas everywhere closed to it!!!The best way to end your night is to drink a nice cocktail!!! Only 100m far from the entrance of building, there is a bus stop, you could often take it to the airport destination!!!Also there is a big area for free parking 200 m far away, near to aquarium!!! For those visitors that prefer centre, beautiful beach next to them and go everywhere from new to old town only by walk, it would be the best choice!!! Because of the house's location(at the end of bar street) it's recommended for July and August for 20-30 years old who want nightlife. The previous (May,June) or next period(After 20August untill November) it's the ideal place for those that would like only to relax and enjoy the spectacular view!!!!
