The spacious 3-room apartment with north and east orientation is located on the ground floor of Villa Schwan and offers up to 4 people a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea – after approx. 50 meters you are already on the beach. The apartment is divided into a living area, a combined dining and kitchen area as well as two bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and shower and a second shower room. On the large terrace you can enjoy relaxing hours with a beautiful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the pier and the beach. The very high-quality and exclusive furnishings with designer furniture from Poliform, B&B Italia, Minotti, Copenhagen and Eichholtz create a stylish and cozy atmosphere. On cooler days, a gas fireplace provides warmth and coziness. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV, a SONOS soundbar, a radio, books and games. The TV can only be used via Wi-Fi. YouTube, Internet TV apps such as Joyn, Zattoo or Magenta TV as well as media libraries of individual TV channels can be used via the free Wi-Fi access of the apartment. It's not just streaming that's possible. Magenta TV has a huge selection of national and international channels. The fully equipped, spacious Siematic kitchen with wine fridge, fridge with ice maker, freezer, oven, Bora induction hobs, steamer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and Kitchen Aid appliances such as filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and hand mixer leave nothing to be desired if you want to prepare meals yourself.
