The apartment has an equipped kitchen (fridge/oven/induction cooktop) overlooking a large living room equipped with a sofa bed with a private terrace on the ground floor and facing south. The bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and a dresser. The bathroom has a bath-shower, sink and toilet. Free parking is available near the building The space in summer you can enjoy the south-facing terrace. The summer toboggan, playground and pay area with various inflatable games are within walking distance. in winter, the baby lift and the small bobsled track are accessible by ski from the apartment.
