The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk and an additional twin bed all with cozy bedding, nightstand w/ lamp, fan & ample hooks. July and August are 4 night minimum. Long weekends are 3 night minimum. PRIMARY BEDROOM: ▶The primary bedroom has a pillowtop queen bed with cozy bedding offering you an amazing nights sleep! There’s a dresser, nightstands with lamps, fan and smart tv for your comforts of home. BEDROOM 2: ▶The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk and an additional twin bed all with cozy bedding, nightstand with lamp, fan and ample hooks. KITCHEN: ▶The kitchen has everything you need…. just bring the food and bevies! ✔Water cooler with 1 jug of water provided. ✔Full refrigerator ✔stove ✔micro ✔coffee maker ✔dishwasher ✔️ air fryer ✔Weber BBQ (1 propane tank included) ✔kitchen sink so don’t bring that(LOL)! DINING ROOM: ▶The dining room is a room of windows with lakeview! Table with 6 chairs and 2 additional folding chairs (highchair available upon advance request) and electric fireplace set a relaxing spot. LIVING ROOM: ▶The living room with huge picture windows (lakeview as well) has a large sectional with ✔coffee table ✔electric fireplace ✔smart tv BATHROOM: ▶The bathroom with double stall shower includes towels, TP & soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser. OUTSIDE ▶Outside is a landscaped firepit area with 6 adirondack chairs and firepit. 36” firewood ring stand with firewood included & marshmallow sticks available. In the back is a year round 6 man hottub tucked away protected from the wind! NEARBY DESTINATION: ▶The nearest pier is in sightline from cottage and just a 2 minute walk. ▶My personal favorite beach is Matlock beach and is a 2 minute drive ▶The popular Winnipeg beach is approx. a 5 minute drive. ▶Matlock has a convenience store ▶If you need groceries Winnipeg beach is the place to go! I’ve never been disappointed with their produce and selection of groceries & meats! Selkirk & Gimli are further options as well. If you're not familiar with the area you need to keep one of your evenings available to try. ▶The Emporium restaurant just 2 blocks down the road(seasonally open and be sure to make reservations). ▶CHECK-IN TIME : 4:00 PM ⇆ CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM IMPORTANT NOTE: ▶ July & August are 4 night minimum
