Our extravagant Airbnb offers TWO fully equipped homes with a pool and hot tub located just minutes from Bishop Arts’ finest restaurants bars and boutiques. The space Winter is no worry here! We're one of few homes offering a heated pool & hot tub!! Step inside and enjoy the 50 inch SmartTV with Netflix & Hulu and extra large comfy couch with plenty of room for all. The updated kitchen includes all the essentials you need for cooking & entertaining. Enjoy beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious dining room to enjoy your meals. MAIN HOME: There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the main house. The master bedroom holds a king size bed with TV, and beautiful marble en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. The second and third bedrooms each have a comfy queen size bed. The hallway bathroom features a claw-foot tub and shower with pedestal sink. GUESTHOUSE In the back of the property there is an adorable 500 sq ft guesthouse. The guesthouse features a comfy king bed, plus a living room with 60 inch smart TV, full kitchen, laundry room and newly renovated full bathroom. Guest access You have private access to the entire property. Please note pool company comes Thursdays and they will need to access the property to clean the pool and hot tub. Other things to note To ensure the house is cleaned properly for you and the other VIP guests, we need to keep to the strict check in time of 4pm and check out time of 10am, unless otherwise notified, or agreed with property manager or owner. If you need to drop off luggage prior to check in time of 4pm, this must be arranged with property manager or owner. Thank you for your kind understanding!
