Guest access Guests can access all portions of the house, except a utility room on the lower level and a utility bldg on the property. ***We have a neighbor who offers boat tours for those that come without a boat and not familiar with Smith Lake. We recommend him highly; his boat will carry 7 guests, plus he and his wife. Call me for his number; $250 for a 2 hr tour to places on the lake that are well worth the tour. Other things to note REVIEWS: 1. Our family had a fantastic visit to Smith Lake & Treetops. The home is more beautiful in person, very clean & comfortable. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, & fun game rm. The location is great, home is very close to I-65. The home is located in a slough with great views of the water. The house is beautiful. Very spacious, very accommodating for all age ranges. Plenty of room for multiple families to sleep & play. The host was very responsive to any questions & most e'thing you could want or need for your stay was at the house for use. The screen porch is serene & wonderful for relaxing & drinking coffee.A great dock & room for a boat/fishing. Would go again. MB. 09/22. 4. Thanksgiving. We were so thankful to find a place large enough for our family so all could be together for Thanksgiving. The house is beautiful & well laid out to allow some privacy for e'one. We all love Smith Lake & love the view from the house. I would definitely recommend this home: SH. 11/22. 5. Our family had a wonderful time at Treetops during the Thanksgiving Holiday. We all enjoyed relaxing & enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit & making s'mores. We had plenty of room for e'one. What a great week! JH. 7/20
