Transit by streetcar is just steps away but we also have parking for 2 vehicles as well. Although it seems bustling, our tree lined street is fairly quiet. You could hear a pin drop at times! Expect our detached home to be peaceful and secure. No shared spaces and no direct neighbors. Please note our home is constantly being updated. It’s NOT a brand new build, NOT luxury mansion and Not executive. Our intent is to provide a restful space created with reuse renovation and sustainability .
