Families with children are very welcome in our cozy apartment (76 m²) with garden house, playground and lawn. Of course, we are also looking forward to all guests who want to spend their vacation or a few nice days with us. Plaidt is the ideal starting point for tours, e.g.: Lake Laach, Elz Castle, Marksburg in the Rhine Valley, Kobern-Gondorf in the Moselle Valley, Nürburg-Ring, Andernach Geyser, Lavadom and Felsenkeller in Mendig, Genovevaburg with castle festival plays in Mayen. The space WELCOME TO OUR VACATION RENTAL The basement apartment is accessible through our garden via 10 steps down with a railing. In summer, the premises are usually cool and in winter cozy and warm. The playground and sunbathing lawn is usually in the sunshine. A garden house invites you to have breakfast and barbecue. On the terrace there is a play corner with sandbox, toys and a swing. The garden can be separated by a barrier (for small children) and is only available to you. THE APARTMENT Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a spacious, attractive hallway. In the large living room you can relax comfortably. The bedroom is spacious. A second bedroom is located in the passage area to the bathroom, but can be protected from view with a folding screen. The bathroom has a very shallow shower with slip protection and a folding seat, shower enclosure in real glass. The vanity unit consists of spacious bathroom furniture and a mirror cabinet. A towel radiator contributes to the comfort. The kitchen impresses with modern and complete equipment. Induction stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
