Wells Beach is a large, long ocean beach for swimming, body surfing, surfing, boogie boarding, jogging, walking. Next door to your vacation home is calm harbor beach and the Well's Jetty, perfect for scenic strolls. Sunrises are spectacular from the home. Walk across the street to Wells harbor for boating, kayaking and enjoying gorgeous sunsets. Enjoy fishing off the jetty or surf casting on the beach all from your front door. This is a perfect setting for 2 couples or up to 6 adults. Will consider 1 or 2 children above age 10. PLEASE NOTE: This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house (6 people max, no young children under 10).
