If your looking for somewhere to stay close to the town centre with an amazing views over the Swansea and Mumbles bays then this is just what your looking for. With just a short walk from many local attractions such as The Grand Theatre, Museums, the beach and a variety of restaurants with dishes from all over the world and many local bars. if you are looking for dates that are not yet available or looking for longer stays then please get in touch. The space The property has recently been refurbished and will be open for bookings from the 1st April. More photos will be uploaded at a later daye once completed. The accommodation is all on the ground floor and self contained with its own private entrance at the rear of our property, The Bedroom has a king size bed, hanging space for clothes and a chest of drawers, it also has its own smart TV. There is also a private living room with 2 seater sofa bed, dining space/work space and a smart TV. There is also a small kitchen area complete with cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. equiped with selection of utensiles. A full private bathroom for your use and access to the front garden has fantastic views over Swansea Bay. Guest access Apart from the self contained apartment, guest have use of the front and rear gardens to relax and enjoy the views or even use the area for dining, which on nices days is really good and I recommend it. During your stay We will be available most of the time in person during your stay if required. Other things to note We do have strep free access from the road to the property if needed. We do have a drive that can be used for loading and off loading ONLY, you are not able to park permanently in the drive. The car must be moved to available parking bays. please not that some of the bays are residents only and others are for limited times only. please see a photo of the parking restrictions. There is unrestricted parking available within a couple of minutes walk.
