While many restaurants, shops, businesses and attractions remain closed, some nearby restaurants have re-opened including Bui Sushi, Taverna Tony and Ollo. Nearby grocery markets including Whole Foods and Ralphs, pharmacies such as CVS, and gas stations are also open serving the community. Some travel restrictions and utility notices remain in effect and can be found online. The property is located in an area outside of any designated evacuation or warning zones. We currently have all utilities and wireless internet (WiFi) at the property but as utility providers manage service and repairs in the wake of fires, services could come and go. Travel routes to our property from Los Angeles are limited. Guests can reach the Malibu Suites by taking the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) Southeast. The PCH is accessible from U.S. 101 north and south by taking the Kanan Rd Exit 36 across. We are available to assist with any unanswered questions and are very grateful to welcome you back. Suite 7 is a lower-level, Ocean Front Suite sitting above the sand on Carbon Beach in Malibu. It is a one-bedroom/one-bath suite with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. A fully appointed kitchen, two HD 4K smart TVs, wireless internet, and private beach access down to Carbon Beach. The suite includes a semi-enclosed deck/with a dining table and a day bed overlooking the ocean (not heated, conditioned, or rainproof.) One assigned parking space is included. The suite offers stunning panoramic views from the Malibu Pier to Santa Monica and beyond. Carbon Beach is one of the most desirable beaches in all of Malibu. A short walk to great restaurants at the Malibu Pier or walk beach side from your room to world famous Nobu, crown jewel of celebrity Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. This property is centrally located in the heart of Malibu. Numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment for all budgets are within walking distance plus miles of world class beaches, beach activities, hiking, mountain biking and museums.
