The Space: Farm & Sea studio is detached and private from the main residence. The living spaces overlook the beautiful bush and farmland creating the perfect back drop for a quiet getaway. There is a large deck featuring a private Claw Foot Bath where you can enjoy some bubbles and the view. A fire pit has been set out in the yard area for you to cozy up in front of and sit out under the stars. With the home designed and finished with quality furnishings and care Farm & Sea will have you feeling relaxed and at home a soon as you arrive making it the ideal accommodation choice for your holiday or weekend escape. The Neighborhood: The Studio is located in the on farmland just a short drive from the seaside village of Culburra Beach. We live in a residential neighborhood, and we like to respect our Neighbours and ensure that we comply with the New South Wales regulations. We have a strict 10pm noise restrictions and we also have noise monitors in the house. Getting Around: You will require a car to get around. However, it is only a short drive into Culburra Beach, where you can visit local cafes shops, beaches and walks.
