Lots of space everywhere from the closet to the bathroom. QUIET so you can have the PERFECT REST ... DARK or BRIGHT depending what you want. HUGE WALKING CLOSET with lots of space for storage. THE BATHROOM is ENORMOUS. With clean BATH TUB and MASSAGE SHOWER HEAD... LONG MIRROR with lots of LIGHT BULBS for PERFECT LIGHTING. ROOF TOP is PRIVATE and it´s absolutely amazing. Spacious, with private BBQ GRILL and Big Picnic Table to spend amazing afternoons, from where you can see The Roosevelt Hotel sign. That´s how close we are from the Hotel. Inside the apartment there´s an open kitchen, dishwasher, electric stove and is equipped with all you could need. Theres´s also Indoor washer and dryer in the laundry room. Inside the building there´s an OFFICE LOUNGE with Computer, Printer, Coffee Machine and TV for you to use Also the building offers a complete GYM 24hrs service There´s a walking distance very nice and private pool to the one I give you access to a monthly pass and you can have always one guest with you. My building is the perfect location. Everything you can possibly need is walking distance. Right where the HOLLYWOOD ACTION happens, but with enough WALKING DISTANCE to stay away from the tourist chaos. LITERALLY TWO BLOCKS FROM THE HOLLYWOOD STARS (Walk of FAME)... You can come in and out the unit with no time restriction, only PLEASE TRY TO BE QUIET after 1am and before 7am when you enter or exit the unit and in COMMON AREAS. You have access to ONE PARKING SPOT There´s a gym and a office area with coffee, printer and computer that you can use. Other things to note Please always keep in mind that THIS IS NOT A HOTEL, this is AIRBNB which means someone is opening the doors of their house to you so you can come and stay as their GUEST. So please always have CONSIDERATION and RESPECT.
