Deck 3 Laboe on the Baltic Sea

Vacation by the sea... Since June 2019, we have been renting out our apartments in LABOE on the Baltic Sea, a small, maritime town on the Kiel Fjord. The house with 3 apartments, each for 2 or 4 people, is close to the harbor in the old town center of Laboe and about 300 m from the beach. It was completely renovated at the beginning of 2019, modern and comfortably equipped. 2 apartments have sea views. The space The top apartment, with slight roof slopes, has a living area of about 46 m² and can be used by up to 4 people due to the comfortable furnishings with a smart TV and a seating area with a sleeping function. The view of the fjord from both windows of the living room is impressive, so that not only the shipping, but also the beaches of Schilksee and Friedrichsort, as well as the lighthouse can be seen. A small, well-equipped fitted kitchen, as well as a dining set are integrated in the living room. From the breakfast table, you have a wonderful view. The separate bedroom with a box spring bed (180 x 200) and an additional smart TV complete the furnishings. You will like the luxurious bathroom with underfloor heating, shower cubicle and towel heater. Bed linens, 1 bath towel and 2 towels per person, as well as shower mats are ready for you. Laminate was laid in the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house. The apartment has a parking space to park sideways backwards. In the small, sunny garden with terrace, which offers the possibility to barbecue, there is also a storage space for your bicycles. The old harbor, as well as the marina (100 m), the beaches (each 300 m), restaurants, promenade, town center with shops, bakeries and all shopping facilities, as well as the seawater swimming pool, everything is in the immediate vicinity.
