Kitchenette : There is a fridge, electric kettle, rice cooker, gas stove & other basic kitchen utensil such as pot, cutlery, coffee cup, plates & glasses. It's suitable to cook medium type food & dinner even for those who love to cook or long term stay. Free Wi-Fi & Netflix :- High Speed (Unifi) is available where you can work or browse seamlessly from our house. We also provide access to Netflix & YouTube on our television. Bathroom & Toilet: We have 2 bathroom which one of it attached to Room 1 (Master bedroom). Another bathroom is equipped with angle bar & shower handle for elderly or handicapped. We do provide shower foam at each bathroom. Towel are provided based on number of people declared. Airport Transfer KLIA (Airport to Our Condominium) :- We can arrange airport transfer if required with a fee's. Do check out with us if you required Airport Transfer. Guest access The house in inside a condominium at high floor. It is easily accessible thru a lift & it's fast modern lift. Access to the floor only by dedicated house card. . Pool Rules ======== The pool is accessible to all the guest staying at the unit. Pre-registered is required to use the facility. However we do not control time of the Pool Maintainance it may be close by discretion of the Management of the building. . The management have set several rules that need to be comply for usage. Swimming attire is mandatory for all guest. (Jersey & cotton clothes is strictly prohibited). We will share the list information upon confirmation of the booking. . Car Park ====== We only provide 1 Free car Park with access card at Second floor. Instruction will be provided later 1 day prior to check in. For second car there's a basement Car park which will be charge at RM5/entry. Other things to note KAMPONG BHARU usually are busy during weekend. Be ready to explore the food heaven & explore Kuala Lumpur City from the door step of our house/Condo.
