Peaceful 3bed 2bath farmstay with cozy living room and fully stocked kitchen! Air conditioning recently added. Located on same lot as Black Angus cows. Back-to-Eden Ranch petting zoo (alpacas, goats, bunnies, geese, & more) next door and complimentary for guests ($100 value for family of 4)! (See details on Back-to-Eden Ranch website). Most of the beds are bunkbeds. It can accommodate 5 adults plus 3 children comfortably. Any larger group will only be accommodated if approved with the host. The space Clean, comfortable and spacious air-conditioned farmstay on 10-acre land. We usually graze our Black Angus cows in the lot next to this Airbnb. You may also receive visits from our very friendly kittens. The petting zoo (alpacas, bunnies, goats, geese, cows, and more) is next door and complimentary for all Airbnb guests. Full details available on Back-to-Eden Ranch website. Animal treats available for purchase, or you can bring baby carrots or cut up apples/carrots. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk-bed plus a pull-out mattress (sleeps 3- 2 adults and 1 kid). Bedroom 3 has 2 bunkbeds plus a pull out mattress (Sleeps 5- 3 adults and 2 kids). The first bunk is twin over full plus a pull-out trundle which sleeps 3 The second one is a twin over twin which sleeps 2. There is a second bathroom attached to this bedroom. Guest access Entire house. kitchen, laundry and living room. Please do not enter garage. Will update once work is done. Security CAMERAs are installed at both entrances. Other things to note There is so much nature to behold. This guest house is located on a farm as the host house. You will see us working and waving at you. Surrounded by properties with acreage. Horses, goats, cows, geese, African guineas, chickens and peacocks live in the neighborhood. Very peaceful with views of the east and west hills. Watch the sunrise and the hills turn magnificent gold when the sun sets, hear the roosters, enjoy the fresh eggs available for purchase, and gaze at the most beautiful night sky ever! Animal tour interaction may be purchased depending on availability. Please be aware that if our neighbors across the street see a party or any suspicious activities happening, they do not hesitate to call the sheriff. Please do not rent this place for a party.
