Other things to note The apartment's rules of coexistence must be observed by guests (Convention and Bylaws). Silence between 8pm and 8am. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. No pets The use of illicit drugs, tobacco or straw cigarettes is prohibited. It is prohibited to use the apartment as a point of commerce, receiving constant random visits or any other activity other than housing within moral, social precepts and good customs. Extra pay-per-use expenses not included in this contract. Debts left after check out will be deducted from the security fee, plus administrative fees. Cleaning the apartment (collecting trash, cleaning the bathroom and floor, making the bed) can be requested daily. Clean bed linen and towels are provided by the host, according to the number of guests and will be available at check in. If more is used than available, a cleaning fee will be charged according to the laundry. Damage to property caused by misuse/deliberate actions will be charged to the guest according to the updated value and shipping rate. The maximum check out time (11am) must be strictly adhered to. A delay of 30 minutes (11:30 am) will be tolerated. If the guest delays even further and checks out before 2pm, they will be penalized with 50% of the daily rate. After 2pm you will pay a full daily rate without discounts. If another guest is booked for the same night, all relocation expenses will be passed on to the previous guest. It is not permitted to receive visitors inside the property (or in the pool, sauna and gym areas), much less overnight stays by guests who have not checked in. The full daily rate will be charged for each breach of this rule. Please check the interior of the apartment well before check out to avoid forgetting any items as there is no way to store them and they will be donated or discarded at check out. We do not have protective nets on the windows and balcony.
