Arches Retreat: Best Location! No stairs! Pool

Our spacious townhome is single level with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's in a great location in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the center of downtown. It comfortably sleeps six adults and up to eight with a sleeper sofa. We have fast fiber internet. The condo is throughly cleaned by a professional cleaner before your stay. This house is owner managed. We do not accept animals or pets. There is a $300 nightly fee for animals. Entrances are monitored by security cameras. The space Our in-town getaway is a spacious, single level, three bedroom, two bath townhome. No lugging your luggage up stairs! There is a two-car garage to safely store your vehicle or tailer and its belongings. Free parking on one side of the street in front of the condo or the 32 foot long driveway accommodates trucks with large trailers. Great location in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the center of downtown Moab and the Moab visitor center. A large master bedroom contains a king bed that can be split into two twin beds and a TV and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed. The townhome will sleep six adults comfortably and up to eight people with a comfortable sleeper sofa located in the living room. There is also a queen sized air mattress that can be inflated to accommodate two additional people and a pack 'n play crib as well. There is a washer and dryer and the tankless hot water heater provides unlimited hot water. Guest access Our townhome is beautifully furnished with all your modern conveniences. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, dining accommodations for eight, dishwasher, washer and dryer (to name a few). Two patios with seating and one gas grill. The spacious living room contains a Hisense 58" Class 4K UHD LCD Roku Smart TV. We have a PBS Utah subscription. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV. A two-car garage provides a secure place to store or work on all your toys. Keep your own road or mountain bike in tune using our bike repair stand. Additional off-street parking for two vehicles is provided in the driveway. Feel free to bike around town or on Moab’s bike paths using the five bikes provided free of charge. It is the guests responsibility to maintain the bikes. They may have flat tires when you arrive or other maintenance issues. Our fenced back yard is situated next to a quiet area adjacent to the Mill Creek Parkway. Enjoy a swim in the shared Cottonwoods’ four-season heated indoor swimming pool. We have indoor and outdoor games for children to play, adjacent to the units is a bmx park, and there is a skate park and very nice recreation center a few blocks away. Other things to note Because many people ask: Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit. Damage Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.
