Guest access Please Welcome, to the Studio-Apartment next to Diocletian palace in the Heart of Split- Old Town“. 21m2 The Apartment in the historical UNESCO-protected building is well-located at the north-east corner of the ancient „Diocletian Palace“ with its Green-Park, next to the famous sculpture of the Great „Grgur Ninski“. „The Riva“ (Sea-shore) is only 200 m away and Ferri, Bus-station, Market and a wonderful Sandy-Beach are by walk just 2-10min away from the peaceful-located Studio-Apartment free from the City-noise and still in the beautiful Heart of the Old Town. studio apartment on the Ground-Floor consists a nice Kitchen, Klima, Bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Beds (+ 1 extra in need only for bookings for 2026 ), smart TV (NETFLIX), a posibillity for cloth-washing (extra charging 7eu per 5kg), there are towels for beach available( no snorkeling equipment or umbrella).. Other things to note If you require a parking space, please let me know, and I will provide you with the details for accessing it. The parking area is located approximately 400 meters from the apartment and is free of charge. Please note that it is a public parking facility, not a private one...
