The room is independent and has simple accommodations with Wi-Fi access, very well organized for up to 2 people, with a private bathroom. It has uncovered parking. Location near the bakery, snack bar, market and Kitesurf beach. Easy access to buses. 5 minutes from Cigarras Beach, 30 minutes from the Historic Center and the ferry to Ilhabela. The space Outside En-Suite Room with a separate entrance. Space intended for one person or a couple. Simple, quiet and safe location, on Rodovia SP-55, with ample parking (not covered), a backyard monitored by security cameras and an atmosphere with morning birdsong. The kitchen is in the outdoor area (not shared) with a sink and stove, has basic utensils for cooking something quick and simple, (no pressure cooker). The room has a microwave, fan, (NO AIR-CONDITIONING) Wi-Fi, and a TV monitor (not Smart) that accesses local open channels. Windows with insect screens. (CHILDREN COUNT AS GUESTS). Smoking is not allowed inside the suite. We do not accept pets. 220v outlets. Visitors are not allowed. We don't provide towels or blankets. Guest access Room for young people, we offer a twin suite on the outside, with a separate entrance, equipped with a minibar, microwave, fan and Wi-Fi. (IT DOES NOT HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING). It is not included in the lease, but we left an extra place, which is a kitchen in the open area, outside, equipped with basic utensils in which you can make something quick and simple to eat, (there is no pressure cooker), 4-burner stove, a kitchen sink and table, and a washing machine. Simple place, but designed with great affection. Ample parking (uncovered) in a walled yard monitored by security cameras. There are iguanas in the yard. Other things to note Guests must bring: 1 - Bath towels, blanket and toiletries. 2- Sunscreen and repellent. 3 - Pressure cooker.
