Our house is located in a beautiful and very quiet cove next to Germantown. It has 5 bedrooms (two are connected together) and two full bathrooms upstairs. The kitchen, living room, two dining rooms, a half bath, and a sunroom are downstairs. The kitchen has been updated with new light fixtures, and a flat top electric cooking range. The floors are built with hardwood and new tiles. Baby crib, high chair and playpen are provided upon request. Free TVs and fast Internet. The space We are in a beautiful, very quiet, and more importantly safe neighbourhood right next to Germantown at Kirby and Poplar Ave area. Easy access to Highway 385. It is 20 minutes to Memphis airport and 28 minutes to downtown. Guest access Guests can access the entire house including the two car garage and fenced backyard. Other things to note Please contact us if you want to use the house to host bridal shower, luncheon, etc. A small fee will be applied. Park on our driveway and the street in front of our house, not the neighbor’s house.
