We welcome you and your family to TIMBERWOLF ALPINE GETAWAY!! When you pull up at this log cabin, you will know and feel you're home! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, yet you feel as if you’re in a cozy country hideaway. Our cabin is tucked in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a mountain view that you will feel relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle of city life though it is just a mile from parkway. You will truly relax and enjoy!!! The space Living Area The first thing you’ll notice is how the blonde wood walls and floors gleam! You’re wrapped in warm honey tones everywhere inside this open plan main level. The living area, centered on the fireplace of rounded river stones, features a plump, leather couch and big armchair both waiting for you to sink into them and relax. Rest your coffee cup or wine glass on the pretty tables, with rustic plank tops on delicate ironwork legs. Binge TV shows or sports on the flat-screen TV, build a fire, or plan your Pigeon Forge outings to stage shows, Dollywood, or The Island! Kitchen This unusual kitchen’s country decor delights you, with sage green cabinets and natural log accents like none we’ve ever seen! The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances has everything you need to cook and serve your favorite meals or just heat up tasty local takeout. The granite-look countertops have ample space for prepping food, and a bar counter provides extra seating plus space to snack or grab breakfast. Lay out a pancake bar here with all the trimmings, or a taco bar for dinner. Dining Area The dining area is steps from the kitchen, so food arrives at the table hot and delicious. Four ladder-back chairs in black are as lovely as they are useful--use them at the oval dining table to eat, play games or check your email. Large windows flank the dining table, creating a light, bright space and giving you views while you dine. Bedrooms This three-bedroom, two-bath cabin sleeps up to seven guests. In the two bedrooms, sleep under exposed beam ceilings on log beds mounded with quilts. The master suite includes a jetted tub for two next to the bed and private access directly onto the deck outside. The second bedroom is on the main floor next to the living room with its own attached bathroom as well. Third bedroom is the sleeping area in the loft that adds a third bed plus a bonus seating area and extra TV. Outdoor Spaces Stop and sit a spell. Choose from a rocking chair on the front porch or a swing or rocker on the shady, cool, wraparound deck out back. The deck is also home to a bubbling hot tub where you can soak your tired muscles after a long day of go-karts, mountain coasters, mini-golf, and all the fun of Pigeon Forge. The propane grill tempts you to hit the local specialty food stores (try a hot sauce made with Tennessee moonshine), then grill chicken, shrimp, or steak. Community Our community has two wonderful seasonal swimming pools that you will have access to during your stay. (Opens on Memorial Day and closes after Labor Day) Our community also has a nice walking trail, access to a wedding chapel (message for more details please), and a covered pavilion with several picnic tables! Other Amenities Timberwolf Alpine Getaway includes ample parking and a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as Wi-Fi so you can go online to book tickets to Pigeon Forge attractions... Guest access All areas of the house except for locked owner's closet under the stairs will be accessible for guests. Other things to note We provide sheets and blankets, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. Think of these amenities as a “starter kit.” We HIGHLY recommend that you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration such as extra towels/blankets/soap/shampoo/salt and pepper/condiments/cooking spray, dishwasher soap etc. Local Attractions Anakeesta Award-winning outdoor family theme park is known for its panoramic smoky mountain views, thrilling treetop adventures including zipline tours and mountain coaster, dining and shopping. Three Bears General Store Lap up the ice cream treats, then shop for jewelry, Simply Southern clothing, mountain-themed home decor, and more. Visit the real black bears who live here. Pigeon Forge Snow Go snow tubing on real snow all year long, indoors, without a winter coat. No reservations are needed. Beyond the Lens Family Fun Beyond the Lens! is an attraction focused on pop culture, photography and tech fun. The human kaleidoscope is full of colorful lights and varying scenes; there's an activity where you can search for Bigfoot and if you've ever wanted to feel like a celebrity, you can walk the red carpet in front of a group of paparazzi. Additional popular exhibits include virtual reality video games, an escape room and a crimes of the century experience. Wonder Works All ages love this selfie-friendly experience with crazy exhibits, escape room games, and virtual reality fun.
