Forget your worries at our spacious and serene property. Just a 3 min drive from the beautiful town of Barwon Heads, The Pines will have you feeling instantly relaxed and at home on this gorgeous 90 acre farm land. Included on the property is The House that sleeps up to 8 guests & The Suite that sleeps up to 4 guests. The house & the suite are joined although have separate entrances. You will have the entire property to yourselves to enjoy (both the house & the suite) The space The Pines offers two accommodation options for up to 12 guests. The House (Two story) 8 guests max 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms The Suite 4 guests max 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms Both The House & The Suite are located on a peaceful 90 acre working farmland. Separate entry access to both the House & the Suite for extra privacy although can easily walk from the house to the suite in about 10 steps from the back door. Guests staying at The House & The Suite share the property & the pool access. When booking you will have the entire property to yourselves. Pool is heated from November until the end of March. Please note - Spa is not in working order. Prices start for 6 adults (3 couples) • Please note: if you require more bedrooms for your guests there is an extra linen charge. • Please make it clear what the bedding arrangements will be when you book with us. Our basic pantry items include tea, coffee, some pods to get you started for coffee machine, salt, pepper, olive oil, vegimite, milo. Barwon Heads IGA is a 4 min drive & offer a great selection of groceries including ready made meals. The Suite Fully equipped Kitchenette with induction cooktop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, toastie maker, pots & pans, rice cooker. Basic pantry items are the same as The House. Bed linen, bath towels, face washers, hand towels (one towel per person) are provided. Off-street parking is available for both The House & The Suite The House has a double garage The Suite guests are welcome to park in the driveway of the property. Please don't open any gates as it is a working farm.
