Located on the top of a feudal mound, the Castéras offers a lovely view on the surroundings. It is a very old buiding and was completely renovated in 2007. In addition to the main house, a covered outdoor pool house including a summer kitchen and a bathroom allows you to live outside during sunny days. The main house: On the ground floor, it is composed of a large space of 60m2 including living room, dining room and an opened kitchen. A large double bedroom of 25m2 and a bathroom with both shower and bath, are also located on the ground floor. On the first floor, a superb 80m2 room is used as a TV room, play room and office. Also on the first floor,there are a 28m2 double bedroom, a triple bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor, two double bedrooms open onto a large private terrace with exceptional views over the valleys. The pool house is a covered outdoor space of 60m2, located in the heart of the garden, closed to the swimming pool, featuring a completely furnished kitchen with BBQ/Plancha and a bathroom with toilets This space will allow you to live outside all day, as soon as the weather is fine.
