It is placed on top of a feudal mound, with a very nice view of the surrounding area. Very old, it was completely renovated in 2007. In addition to the main house, a covered outdoor area with summer kitchen and bathroom allows you to live outside from the first sunny days. A large swimming pool and a flower garden complete the look. The space The proposed accommodation includes two bodies of buildings: the main house as well as an outdoor living space. The main house: On the ground floor, it consists of a large space of 60m2 including living room, dining room and open kitchen. A large double room of 25m2 as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub are also on the ground floor On the first floor, a stunning 80m2 room serves as a TV room, games room and office. You will also find on the 1st floor, a double bedroom of 28m2 as well as a triple bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor, two double bedrooms overlook a large private terrace with exceptional views of the valleys The pool house, is an outdoor space of 60m2, located in the heart of the garden, not far from the pool, with summer kitchen (BBQ/Plancha) and shower room (WC) This space will allow you to live outside all day, from the first sunny days.
