The sunny dock is perfect for relaxing, fishing or watching the loons. Launch one of the kayaks, the canoe or paddle paddleboard and explore the 379-acre pond. The home features a kitchen with a gas range, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, blender, cooking and eating utensils, dishes, pots pans and more. The large living room provides plenty of comfortable seating for guests and has exquisite views of the water through large windows. Both bedrooms have water views and comfortable Queen beds. The loft has a pull out couch with a new memory foam mattress. Shower has great hot water and good pressure. W/D in the basement, plenty of extra linens and beach towels are available. With heat and AC, this home is cozy anytime of year. Guest access The entire house and .3 acre property is available to use during your stay. Easy access to the pond for launching a canoe or kayak right from the property but there is no access for launching a boat from a trailer.
