Solar Água 127 is a modern and comfortable space to provide you with an excellent experience at Praia da Pipa. An ideal place to have fun with the family. It is a duplex apartment measuring 50 m² (2 floors with stairs): on the ground floor, there is a balcony, living room, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom; on the upper floor, there is a bedroom with an integrated bathroom, 2 double beds and 1 single bed (reversible). The Condominium has a leisure area with 2 swimming pools (1 swimming pool with a wet bar and 1 swimming pool with a waterfall). The space Our apartment is in the Solar Agua Condominium. It is a modern, pleasant, comfortable and functional space for your trip with family or friends to Praia da Pipa. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of the condominium, but visitors are not allowed in the condominium for stays shorter than 10 days. Other things to note The kitchen has basic utensils for you to prepare your own food. (induction stove, microwave, electric oven, air fryer, Grill, sandwich maker, electric kettle, coffee maker - Dolce Gusto, blender, orange juicer, pots, crockery and cutlery). Parking is rotating (internal and external spaces), with the right to 1 space (subject to availability). The central pool has a bar that serves coffee (with advance reservation), food and drinks. Remember that at Praia da Pipa, gastronomy is an attraction in itself. We have a multitude of restaurants with local and international cuisine options that please different palates.
