This 110m2 villa with swimming pool, nestled in the heart of the Gard greenery, will allow you to enjoy the Nîmes and Montpellier hinterland and spend pleasant family holidays. The space Our accommodation comprises: • GROUND FLOOR A fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, etc.) A large living room with an open-plan dining area A bedroom with a 160cm bed A bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and single sink on the ground floor • UPSTAIRS 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed 1 separate toilet 1 bathroom with a single sink and bathtub • OUTSIDE A large terrace with an outdoor dining area and charcoal barbecue A large 4x8m swimming pool, 1.50m deep. The pool is heated from March to June and from September to October. We do not heat it in the summer as there is a risk of it turning over. A pétanque court Board games, a Wii, a piano, and a guitar are also available. Our guests will receive everything they need for their comfort, including bed linen and towels. Baby equipment is available upon prior request. Guest access Moulézan is a small rural village of more than 600 inhabitants. Enjoying a pleasant living environment, the village has infrastructures specific to a small modern town: a nursery, a school, a postal agency, a multi-sports area, a spacious village hall. Several associations offer sporting or leisure activities throughout the year (AGVM, Zumba, senior citizens club, hiking, hunting, pétanque, etc.) Shops and services (grocery store, bakery, bar-tobacco-press and a gas pump, a real estate agency, etc.) as well as various craftsmen, add to the comfort of Moulézanaises and Moulézanais. Other things to note OUR PRICES INCLUDE: * Household linen: (towels and bed linen, bath mat and tea towel) in the accommodation * Free Internet (for accommodation with internet) * “Normal” end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen, barbecue, plancha) * A provision for charges (electricity/gas, tourist tax, insurance) * Technical assistance RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report. If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.
