Guests are encouraged to take advantage of Portland's public transportation system, including MAX Light Rail. The nearest MAX station, Oak Street/SW 1st Avenue, is just a short walk from the resort. Some amenities/activities are seasonal and available at an additional charge. Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee. A limited number of units have a city view. Suites vary in size and views may differ. River views are limited. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in.
