The space This rare vacation apartment on Epernay, located on the 1st floor of a Champagne-style building, is composed of a very bright main room, living room tastefully decorated with cozy, chic atmosphere... (TV including Netflix and Youtube for free) with a 3-seater sofa and armchair as well as a table that can accommodate 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, range hood, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster), bathroom with bathtub, shower area with shower screen, double sink and mirror. The toilet is separate with a suspended toilet and hand basin. We provide towels and a sample of shower gel shampoo (small cellar including fire extinguisher, cordless vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop, iron with ironing board) The 2 bedrooms have a rather cozy atmosphere, very cozy cocooning makes you want to sleep warmly in their large duvets, 2 queen size beds 160 x 200 cm with their mattresses and high quality bed bases, 2 wardrobes where you will find hangers, towels and sheets. Another bedroom with a single bed 90 x 200 cm and a dedicated workspace with desk. This place can accommodate 5 people maximum and 1 baby (possibility of having 1 baby bed with sheet and duvet as well as a high chair at your request). A first aid kit, towels (washcloths & towels), bed sheets, soap, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer will be available free of charge. Other things to note To refresh yourself from your trip, you will have a bottle of fresh still and sparkling water upon arrival and we will provide you with complimentary coffee, tea and condiments.
