Cozy Studio near the beach in Calahonda

This small cozy studio of 23m2 is located in Sitio de Calahonda (Mijas), the middle point between Marbella and Malaga, and is just a few kilometers from tourist areas such as Fuengirola. It is an ideal space for a couple's getaway, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay: near the beach, restaurants, shops, bars and much more! The space In a building without elevator, the apartment is located on the second floor. As you can see in the photos, the 23m2 studio consists of an open space that has : - An open kitchen at the entrance equipped with the following elements: ceramic hob, a small fridge, microwave, kettle, 1 frying pan, crockery and cutlery. Also, there is a washing machine with a fixed clothesline in the window. - A main room with a double bed, a TV fixed to the wall and a small dining table with 2 chairs. You can see in the photos that there is no sofa. - A small bathroom with all the functionalities It is a warm and cosy space, well used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. Please note that the studio has neither heating nor air conditioning, but a portable fan is available. For parking, there is a parking lot for residents just below the building which can be accessed without a key but there are no assigned parking spaces so it is not certain that you will have a space available. You can also park for free in the surrounding streets. The studio is located close to several important points of interest: - 10 minutes walk to the beaches of Lucero and Riviera. - 9 minutes walk to the Calahonda Tower - Less than 10 minutes drive to Cabopino beach. - 9 minutes drive to Butibamba beach (Butibamba) - 11 minutes drive from La Cala beach (Mijas) Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959 & Decree 450/1975. For legal reasons, we need all over 15 years old travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival.
