The kitchen has a built-in fridge/freezer/, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, oven, and induction hob. All pots and pans and many more equipment can be found for your highest comfort. The large living room is full of natural light, and offers a relaxing ambiance for unwinding or entertaining, after a day of exploring the island. All the property is fully air-conditioned including all bedrooms and living room also. Each of the three bedrooms is a private oasis, featuring its own connected bathroom and SMART TV for every room, for ultimate convenience and privacy, where everyone can enjoy their own space without compromise. Every room has a dedicated working space too. As an added convenience, the apartment includes a dedicated laundry room equipped with both a washing and drying machine. Guest access The entire apartment will be exclusively yours. The property has a self-check-in system via Intercomp and Keybox system, where we always provide our Welcome book with the check-in details and codes a few days before your arrival on the telephone number connected to your account using the What's App application. There is free parking available in the surrounding streets using any white box. Other things to note 1. If you would like to have an early check-in or late departure please contact us to check if we can accommodate your request. During the summer season, we have unfortunately more limited options, however for those we recommend using the luggage drop which is available a few minutes walk from our property called "Malta Lockers St Julians" 2. We normally provide to our guests the following items: - 1 set of duvet/cover, sheet and pillows - 1 bath and 1 hand towel per person - Bathroom carpet - Handwash, shower gel, shampoo - Dishwashing tablets - Liquid soap - Laundry detergent - Toilet paper - Coffee capsules (start-up package) - Tea - Sugar 3. Smoking is only allowed outside the balcony or front of the building 4. The tap water is not recommended to drink in Malta.
