Magenta Shores is a delightful beach home with a minimalist vibe where family and friends can comfortably gather. Young children and furbabies are welcome! You will be in awe of the stunning views from the open concept family/dining room, master bedroom, and huge ocean front deck. The owners strive to provide a personal, relaxing, comfortable, clean environment for you to enjoy an authentic beach house experience. The space Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and beach access is just 3 houses away. Additional amenities include gas and charcoal grills, folding deck chairs and side tables, a gas fireplace in the family room, a 50" Samsung Smart TV with premium cable, DVD Player and HDMI cord, and parking for 3 cars is available in the driveway. Family friendly amenities include: Graco Pack 'N Play Playard with changing station, booster seat, high chair, children's dishes, silverware & cups, baby gate, books for children & teens, board games & puzzles, DVD player & DVDs, beach toys, beach towels, picnic basket, large gated deck. Pet friendly amenities include: pedestal food & water bowls, balls, toys, treats, pick up bags, large gated deck, lint roller. Although we highly recommend unplugging, our home is equipped for those who need to work while on vacation. We have high speed Wi Fi, a work station, and a laser printer. Bedroom Layout: On the main floor there is a large bedroom with 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds and a king size bed. In this room is also a bathroom with a shower and an ensuite vanity area. On the upper floor there are two smaller bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other bedroom offers an amazing ocean view at the foot of a queen size bed. Kitchen: The galley style kitchen is located on the main floor and is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven/stove, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, coffee bean grinder, blender, hand mixer, and other cooking amenities. For additional cooking pleasure, you will find a gas AND charcoal grill on the deck. Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are on the smaller size in keeping with the style of the home and are located on the main floor of the house. One bathroom is located within the main floor bedroom and offers a toilet, shower, and extended vanity area with cabinets and a drawer. The second bathroom has a toilet, built-in storage cabinet, bathtub/shower, and pedestal sink. Gleneden Beach, a small town 5 miles south of Lincoln City, has a few restaurants (such as the fantastic Side Door Cafe), small shops, and a grocery store, but the real attraction is the stretch of uncrowded, pristine coastline. This home is ocean front and has beach access just 200 feet away! For more restaurants, bars, attractions, and stores, you can easily drive north to Lincoln City or south to Depoe Bay, although with the beach so close and with amazing views right from the comfort of the living room, deck, and master bedroom, you may not want to leave this terrific home!
