Unauthorized use will result in a fee and may cancel the remainder of your reservation without refund. • Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome! Limit 2 per stay. Must be at least 12 months old, house-trained, and well-behaved. A $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog applies. • Parking: Free parking for 2 vehicles is available. Additional parking can be arranged with advance notice. No boats or trailers allowed. • Security Cameras: For your safety and ours, there is a Ring doorbell at the front door and an exterior camera on the garage. No cameras inside. • Long-Term Stays: We welcome extended visits! Please Note: * Community amenities such as the pool, playground, and dining areas are managed by the HOA and are subject to availability. These amenities are not guaranteed and do not qualify as grounds for refunds. * Weather-related events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued. Additional Guidelines: – Primary guest must be 25+ and stay for the duration of the booking. – Quiet hours begin at 10PM. – No smoking or vaping inside the home. – No glitter, flushable wipes, tampons, or grease down drains or toilets—doing so may cause damage and result in extra charges. Pet & Animal Policy To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet / animal.
